My path into the world of gastronomy began with a childhood love for food and a passion for sports, particularly hockey. While I dreamed of becoming a professional hockey player, my love for food eventually led me to pursue a career in the art of cooking. After graduating from a culinary arts school in Maryland, I embarked on an adventure that has spanned over 20 years.

Throughout my career, I’ve held various titles, including Executive Sous Chef and Head Chef, and I’ve had the privilege of specializing in a variety of cuisines such as Italian, French, BBQ, Tapas, and more.
